Peter Schönberger ist ein erfahrener Manager und Berater mit über 20 Jahren Führungserfahrung an der Schnittstelle von Personal, Recht und Unternehmensberatung. Seine Karriere begann bei der CompuGroup Medical SE, wo er zunächst fünf Jahre als Head of Global Legal und anschließend als Head of Global HR tätig war. Diese doppelte Expertise in Recht und People Management bildet das Fundament seines beruflichen Profils. Es folgte eine Phase im Profisport: Als Geschäftsführer der Kölner Haie (Eishockey) und des VfL Handball Gummersbach verantwortete er den kaufmännischen Betrieb zweier namhafter Sportorganisationen. Seit 2018 ist Peter Schönberger im Executive Search tätig – zunächst als Partner bei Stanton Chase, dann als Leiter der Kompetenzfelder Healthcare & Legal bei der Norecu Executive Search GmbH. Seit Februar 2024 ist er Partner bei Senator Executive Search Partners im Raum München, wo er anspruchsvolle Besetzungsmandate in seinen Kernbranchen betreut. Ergänzend ist er zertifizierter LUXXprofile Master und setzt motivationsbasierte Diagnostik gezielt in Beratung und Coaching ein.
