Michael Gallaghers Karriere verdeutlicht seine Leidenschaft, Leistungen aus dem vielfältigen Spektrum der Wirtschaft zu honorieren. Der Name Stevie stammt von dem griechischen Namen Stefanos, der Gekrönte. Michael Gallaghers Engagement Spitzenleistungen zu ehren, entstand während seiner Zeit als Vizepräsident der New York Festivals, dem Veranstalter von einigen der weltweit größten internationalen Wettbewerbe für Film, Fernsehen, Werbung und anderen Medien. Unter seiner Leitung von 1982 bis 1988 steigerten die New York Festivals beträchtlich ihren internationalen Einfluss, durch die Einführung neuer Wettbewerbe, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Radio- und Printwerbung. Vor der Gründung der Stevie Awards konzentrierte er seine Energie auf die Bereiche Marketing, Vertrieb und Produktentwicklung, unter anderem als Vice President of Sales & Marketing bei Hoover’s Media Technologies, einer Sparte der Hoover’s Inc., dem führenden Anbieter von Informationen zu privaten und öffentlichen Unternehmen weltweit. Zuletzt war er Vice President of Sales & Marketing bei Amazing Media, einer Agentur für Onlinewerbung. Michael Gallagher machte an der Fordham University in New York City seinen Bachelor of Arts und an der George Mason University in Fairfax in Virginia seinen Master of Business Administration.

President

Maggie was the Communications Manager at the Stevie Awards for 6 years before accepting the role of President. She works as a jack of all trades for the nine Stevie Awards competitions by managing marketing, accounting, HR efforts, and more with her amazing colleagues listed below. She loves how the Stevie Awards allows professionals all over the globe, from entry-level to executives, to be recognized for their daily efforts and innovations. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University, both in Virginia.

Katina McCrory

Client Service Manager

As the Client Service Manager for the Stevie Awards, Katina does some of everything. She ensures that the office continues running smoothly, from processing and issuing invoices to handling all award shipments to processing store orders. She has been with the Stevie Awards since October 2014 and has assisted in several areas for all nine Stevie Awards competitions throughout the year. Katina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from The Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Nina Moore

Director of Marketing and Communications

Nina is the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Stevie Awards. She is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that set the vision and evolution of The Women|Future Conference and Stevie Awards programs. Before joining The Stevie Awards, Nina spent five years as a Marketing Manager for B2B conferences, trade shows, and events in the IT industry. Her background in content writing, event planning, and social media marketing gives her a diverse skill set. Nina graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. She is a former college athlete and team captain with a natural drive to succeed.

Communication Consultant for the Middle East Stevie Awards

May has over 20 years of experience with large multinational organizations as a Marketing/Communications professional. She has a strong managerial background with executive-level and cross-sector exposure. May takes pride in her strategic skills and vision and can build and implement sophisticated plans in her role. She has a proven track record explicitly supporting business needs. May promotes the Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards program for 18 nations in the Middle East and North Africa region by providing entrant and marketing support for the awards and its sponsors.

Hal Goldberg

Entry Processor

Hal Goldberg has 20-plus years of experience in the business and commercial media awards recognition industry as an entry processor, customer service associate, and administrator. He was previously attached to the New York Festivals, where he processed thousands of entries each year, providing technical assistance to entrants with nominations into the festivals for its many competitions. He is now doing the same for entrants in the Stevie Awards and its many competitions.

Jurykoordination und internationale Onlineredaktion

Anne White verantwortet die Auswahl und Koordination der Experten-Jurys aller sieben Stevie Awards Programme. Neben der Ansprache und Auswahl der Juroren, teilt sie die Jurys in Gremien ein und sorgt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Onlinebewertung. Während der gesamten Bewertungsphasen steht sie den insgesamt über 1.000 Jurymitgliedern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Des Weiteren schreibt sie unternehmens- und wirtschaftsthematische Berichte für die internationalen Stevie Awards Newsletter und den Stevie Awards Blog. Anne White verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing und PR in Europa und in den USA. In dieser Zeit arbeitete sie unter anderem an Projekten in der Informationstechnologie, für Hörfunk und Fernsehen, Reisen und Freizeit, Konsumgüter, Sport, Philanthropie und Fundraising. Bevor sie zu den Stevie Awards stieß, arbeitete Anne White vier Jahre als Director of Marketing des New York Festivals und zuvor als Marketingmanagerin bei dem IT-Dienstleister Cognizant Technology Solutions. Am New Yorker Baruch College graduierte Anne im Bereich Business Management. Außerdem studierte sie Philosophie, Deutsche und Französische Literatur, Spanisch und Kunstgeschichte an der Universität Wien. Anne spricht Deutsch und Französisch. Assistant Judging Coordinator

Elizabeth started as a temp before becoming the Assistant Judging Coordinator and has been with the Stevie Awards since 2017 as Assistant Judging Coordinator. Elizabeth assigns judges to suitable categories and overviews the judging process. With the increasing number of judges required for the Stevie Awards programs, she also plays a key role in keeping records of each judge’s performance. Elizabeth can typically be found at the Stevie Awards events in New York, assisting at the Ticket Desk or the Interview Station.

Graphic Designer

Alissa started with the Stevie Awards as a Digital Marketing & Design Specialist before becoming a Graphic Designer. She is responsible for creating graphics and visual elements for The Women|Future Conference and Stevie Awards program and managing digital marketing efforts. From brochures and social media images to advertising campaigns, Alissa prioritizes professionalism and clarity. Previously, Alissa was a Design Manager and Marketing Coordinator in the hospitality and nonprofit industries. Alissa is certified in Social Marketing and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts.

Director of Event Management & Production

As the Director of Event Management & Production, Lindsey leads the planning and execution of the Stevie® Awards events across the world. She also coordinates the virtual events and marketing efforts surrounding the Women|Future Webinar series. Lindsey began her event planning career at Clemson University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Over the past 10 years, her love for both logistics and creative production has blossomed as she has built a dynamic career spanning the hotel, hospitality, and corporate sectors. In her free time, she enjoys photography, relaxing on the water and playing with her energetic puppy, Sonny!

Judging Assistant

Laydy is the Judging Assistant for the Stevie Awards. She assists the Judging Coordinators and the judges in our various programs. Laydy has many years of administrative experience and a background in working with nonprofits and education. She feels very inspired by learning about the various innovations that award-winning businesses are doing worldwide. Traveling, learning about the history of the area, engaging with locals, and, of course, sampling different foods are some of her favorite things to do. Laydy graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Affairs and a Minor in Business.

Editorial Manager

Amanda plays a central role in editorial and content operations across all Stevie® Award programs. She writes and edits winner profiles, manages and produces the weekly Stevie Awards Update newsletter, and creates scripts for award ceremonies. A skilled digital editor, she is responsible for building and updating web pages, ensuring timely and accurate content across the Stevie Awards Inc. website. Amanda also contributes to marketing efforts through blog writing, content reviews, and hands-on support for email campaigns and social media. She regularly supports special initiatives, including the Women|Future Webinars, and collaborates across departments to meet editorial deadlines and uphold brand standards. Amanda holds a B.A. in English from the University of Pittsburgh–Johnstown and an M.A. in English Literature from Arcadia University.

Director of Operations

Roman joined the Stevie Awards as an Executive Assistant before transitioning into the role of Operations Manager, then Director of Operations. He assists anywhere help is needed, from answering the company phone line to preparing winner announcements and mailings for all nine competitions. Roman has many years of experience being a part of a small team and is willing to jump into any situation and help in any way he can. He is excited to be a part of a company that acknowledges many people's great work and accomplishments worldwide. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with those close to him, including his wife, Gretchen, and their two cats.

Mit mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und der Implementierung innovativer Informationstechnologien verfügt Marc-Oliver über fundierte und umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Softwareentwicklung, Webdesign und Online-Marketing. Er ist ein gefragter Experte für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von innovativen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten in der Gesundheits- sowie der Medienbranche. Dabei konnte er speziell im Gesundheitswesen viele nationale und auch internationale Softwareprojekte (USA, Malaysia, Türkei, Saudi-Arabien, Polen, Schweden, Frankreich, Italien, u.v.m.) erfolgreich umsetzen. Marc-Oliver studierte Ingenieurinformatik (Fachrichtung: Software Engineering) an der University of Applied Sciences in Bingen (Deutschland) und machte des Weiteren den Abschluss "Black-Belt for Leadership" vom Malik Management Zentrum in St. Gallen (Schweiz).
